You will be licensing the
most current version of Cash Gauge, which is version 2.
We publish any bug fixes to this release (e.g., version 2.07) on our web site for easy downloading
and installation by all customers who are on this version. These minor releases use an automated
wizard-based installation process. This makes upgrading a simple step that financial managers
can perform without assistance from your Information Technology department. Maintenance releases
to version 2 are provided free to all clients who have licensed this version.
We’d like to save you the

Pay as You Go for Support and Major Releases
Pay
for support only when you need it. For $75, you get direct access via email to our programming staff for one
support incident. We define an incident as a reported problem at a point in time. It may have several related symptoms
or problems. We will make our best efforts to help you resolve that incident for a flat fee of $75. This is responsive,
expert support directly from the developers of the product, not the frustrating multi-tier support that most help desks
provide. Email support is our only method, as we find it a superior method for technical support with a full audit trail
of all steps toward resolution.
Major releases will be offered to existing clients
for a reasonable upgrade fee, if and when such new versions (e.g., 3.0) are released.
