The SQL Server version includes two named users. The functionality of the Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server versions is identical; only the database is different. SQL Server is the preferred database for multiple users and for larger data files due to its excellent multi-user capability and its performance. The SQL Server database can be shared with other applications so you don’t need to license the SQL Server database itself, assuming that you have a server available with it already.

Additional named users for either the Access or SQL Server versions can be licensed for $250 per user.

Pay for support only when you need it. For $75, you get direct access via email to our product development staff for one support incident. This is responsive, expert email support directly from the developers of the product, not the frustrating multi-tier support that most help desks provide. A support incident is defined as a single primary problem; multiple emails may be needed to resolve the problem but it still counts as just one incident.

Training and Consulting

Installation of Cash Gauge is extremely easy. Our single user Access version is so automated, you'll be able to do it without involvement of your Information Technology staff. Our SQL Server version comes with all the instructions (and email support) your IT people will need in order to install it themselves.

Included in the price of Cash Gauge is one hour of personal training and the setting up of your import specifications for both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Just send us a sample of your exported open AR and AP invoice files. Then we'll set up the Import Wizard to successfully import those files, and show you how to run the wizard with those settings the next time. At the end of the hour of web training, you’ll be able to build and revise cash forecasts quickly and easily! If you’d like additional training, it’s available for $150 per hour.
